Returns Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us however, this policy only applies to our ‘in house’ designs.

We have created this 28 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances and applies to customers irrespective of your geographical location.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000.


Should you wish to receive a full refund, the items must be returned to us in a resalable condition in all the original packaging. The item needs to be received back within twenty eight days from the day the parcel was delivered.

If an item is faulty then please contact us at or 07960 949423 and we will be able to assist with a replacement or a refund. Please do not return a faulty item without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund your return postage charge.

Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

Ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. The customer must not write on or attach labels to the product being returned; otherwise, the return may not be accepted if it is returned as an ‘Unopened Product’.

A copy of the original packing slip or invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product. If such proof of purchase is not provided with faulty goods, we may only be able to offer a replacement product, and not a refund or credit.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.


The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a) Any product made to your specification;

(b) Any product made to order;


We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 28 days of the day we received your returned product.

Exchanges and Credit Notes

If an item is outside of the twenty eight day time frame, or is in a non resalable condition, or is any product made to your specification or any product made to order, a credit note may be issued at the discretion of Allison & Allison and will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange, and the original item is not faulty or damaged, or is not any product made to your specification or any product made to order, you will be responsible for the returns postage. We can then arrange for a re-delivery.  Please contact us and we will take payment for the re-delivery charge and arrange the exchange.

If the exchanged item is of a lower value then a refund will be issued for the difference, providing the return is made within the twenty eight day returns period. If the exchanged item is of a higher value then a member of our team will be in touch to take the additional payment required.
